About Living Carmarthenshire

The Living Carmarthenshire / Byw Sir Gâr project is an innovative new scheme to help communities in Carmarthenshire to reduce their carbon footprint and tackle climate change.
This exciting new partnership initiative will be giving people the tools to live happier, greener and more community oriented lives, and will be rolled out to other communities across Carmarthenshire from 2010.
Ferryside village was chosen to pilot the scheme, thought to be the first of its kind in Wales, and was the focus of a month-long campaign during November.
